ThermaTech PA

ThermaTech PA is an advanced 3D printing filament engineered for exceptional thermal and insulating properties. This innovative material is designed for applications requiring efficient heat dissipation, making it ideal for printing electronic device enclosures, heat sinks, and other components that need to operate in high-temperature environments without the risk of overheating.

By incorporating a special ceramic filler, ThermaTech PA offers high thermal conductivity while providing excellent electrical insulation. It’s the perfect solution for components that need to dissipate heat without conducting electricity, which is crucial for sensitive electronic systems. Unlike graphite-filled materials that pose a risk of short circuits, ThermaTech PA eliminates the danger of damaging delicate electronic components.

ThermaTech PA combines lightweight durability with exceptional technical performance, allowing for the creation of precise, long-lasting structures. The material achieves a thermal conductivity of 1.97 W/mK in the longitudinal direction, thanks to the alignment of boron nitride particles along the printing axis. This ensures efficient heat transfer in one direction while maintaining electrical insulation (with a resistivity in the range of 10^12 Ω·cm). ThermaTech PA is the answer to the growing demand for specialized 3D printing materials.
