Pellet ASA-X CF10

Spectrum FGF Pellet ASA-X CF10

Solid print with a carbon finish

Having considered opinions of Spectrum filament users, we decided to expand the range of ASA materials to include pellets, which is a possibility to achieve cheaper, yet equally high-quality printing.

ASA-X CF10 FGF Pellet is characterized by properties identical to the Spectrum ASA-X CF10 filament (composite based on an appropriately selected ASA grade with carbon fiber filling).

The material is dedicated to printing models for outdoor use, in conditions of increased exposure to UV radiation, temperature and humidity. The material guarantees printed models constant, high mechanical parameters, especially in terms of hardness and stiffness, even after long-term use in outdoor weather conditions.

ASA-X CF10 FGF Pellet is a material resistant to external exposure such as sunlight (UV) and moisture (hydrolysis) with a tensile modulus of over 7.5 GPa and thermal resistance of 101°C. At the same time, it is characterized by low shrinkage and exceptional ease of printing. All this combined with the carbon matte surface, effectively combining layers of printed models.
