This time we decided to go to the Maker Faire held in the capital of our southern
neighbors – Prague itself.
We were surprised by the fantastic turnout, as this year a record was broken for tickets
sold! For us, this is further proof of the ever-increasing popularity of the 3D printing
industry. Amazing!
We had a lot of interesting conversations about 3D printing, during which we tried to give
as much advice as possible related to matching the material to the equipment. In
addition, we received quite a few suggestions and ideas that are important to us, which
we intend to incorporate into our ever-expanding offer.
The following items from our offer were the most popular
ASA 275 – https://bit.ly/Spectrum-ASA-275
A material that has high mechanical strength and temperature resistance. It is resistant
to weathering (UV radiation), while maintaining the ease of PLA printing. It is a unique
material that every 3D printer user should test.
PCTG Premium – https://bit.ly/Spectrum-PCTG-Premium
It is a great alternative to the popular PET-G material. Belonging to the same material
family, PCTG filament features similar printing simplicity as PET-G. Its significant
advantages include enhanced impact strength, high dimensional stability and low
shrinkage.
It is worth mentioning that, just like in Hannover, the eyes of visitors to our stand were
caught by 3D prints of a lion figure, which represented all the colors of PLA SILK filament
available in our offer.
Thanks to all who came and see you at the next fair!
