CONTEST RULES — “SCRATCH & WIN”

§1. Organizer

1. The contest titled “Scratch & Win” (hereinafter: “Contest”) is organized by Spectrum Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poland, ul. Parkowa 85, 05-806 Pecice, entered into the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000560153, VAT ID: PL5342505042, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. The Organizer’s contact details: office@spectrumfilaments.com.
3. The Contest is not a game of chance, lottery, or mutual bet as defined in the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
4. The Contest is organized in accordance with the laws of the European Union and does not violate consumer protection or promotional laws in the country where the event takes place, including the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG).
5. Responsible person in terms of §5 TMG / Impressumspflicht (Germany): Mr. Michał Żołądek, CEO, Spectrum Group Sp. z o.o.

§2. Purpose of the Contest

The purpose of the Contest is to promote the Organizer’s brand and products, engage trade fair visitors and collect marketing feedback and contact information from participants interested in 3D printing materials.

§3. Duration

1. The Contest is organized periodically during trade fairs and promotional events where the Organizer participates.
2. Each edition of the Contest begins and ends on the dates corresponding with the duration of the respective trade fair or event.
3. The Grand Prize Draw takes place on a date and time announced by the Organizer on-site or on the official website.
4. Winner of the Grand Prize will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form within 5 business days after the draw.
5. Entries submitted after the trade fair period will not be included in the draw.

§4. Participation Rules

1. Participation in the Contest is free of charge and open to all visitors aged 18 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 may take part only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
2. To participate, the visitor must:
   1. Fill out the entry form (online or paper version), providing their name, email address and answers to a few short questions;
   2. After submitting the form, collect a Scratch & Win card and scratch it to reveal an instant prize;
   3. All participants who have completed the form are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
3. Each person may participate only once.
4. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be considered valid.
5. Employees, associates and immediate family members of the Organizer are excluded from participation.

§5. Prizes

1. 1. Every participant receives an instant prize immediately after scratching the card, which may include:
   • 1 filament spool, or
   • a discount voucher for online store, or
   • a filament sample.
2. Additionally, one participant will win the Grand Prize: 20 spools of Spectrum filament.
3. Instant prizes must be collected directly at the Organizer’s booth during the event. Unclaimed instant prizes will not be sent or exchanged for cash.
4. The Grand Prize will be arranged for delivery to the winner by courier service.
5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

§6. Draw and Announcement

1. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted by representatives of the Organizer using random selection among all valid entries collected during the event.
2. The draw process may be documented (e.g., photos or video) for transparency purposes.
3. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
4. The Organizer may publish the winner’s first name and first letter of the surname on its website or social media channels for transparency.

§7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

1. 1. By participating, each entrant consents to the processing of their personal data by Spectrum Group Sp. z o.o. as the data controller for the following purposes:
   1. to administer and conduct the Contest (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and
   2. to send commercial information about the Organizer’s products and services (only if separate consent is given; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2. Personal data will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable EU and German data protection laws.
3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit processing of their data, as well as the right to object or withdraw consent at any time.
4. Data will be stored securely for no longer than 12 months after the Contest ends.
5. Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Contest.

§8. Final Provisions

1. Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in justified circumstances without prior notice.
3. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be governed by the laws of Poland and interpreted under EU law principles. The competent court shall be the court of jurisdiction for the Organizer’s registered office.
4. The English version of this document shall prevail in the event of any translation inconsistencies.
